Join Real Gap on a Orangutan conservation project in Malaysia! Spend 4 weeks learning about conversation issues and assisting researchers on projects.
This 4 week experience in Malaysia is focused on Orangutan conservation in the Malaysian National Zoo and Borneo. Participants will spend the first 2 weeks working at Zoo Negara in Kuala Lumpur, where you will have the opportunity to take care of chimps, orangutans, and other apes as well. The Zoo is packed with wildlife, and you will have the chance to work up close and personal with a variety of species.
