What is an RSS Feed?
RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". RSS makes it easy to stay updated of new travel opportunities on GoOverseas.com by subscribing to one of our 5 different RSS feeds. By subscribing you will be automatically updated with the latest teaching, studying and volunteer programs listed on the site. This allows you to see new posting without the hassle of constantly visiting the site and performing searches. RSS is perfect for job seekers and prospective teachers who need information instantly. RSS feeds contain a short description and links to full versions of the content.
How do I subscribe?
Most modern web browsers like Firefox (Mac and PC), Apple's Safari (Mac), Opera (PC) and Internet Explorer 7 (PC) have RSS capabilities already built in. Simply visit one of our feeds and tell your browser to bookmark the page. It's that easy to subscribe. Unlike a normal web bookmark your RSS subscription will check and download RSS updates automatically and you'll get a notice on your browser of the new feeds. You may also use RSS Readers like the ones on Google and Yahoo! or load a RSS plugin to your older web browsers.
For Google Reader & My Yahoo! Users:
1. Click on the "Add to Google" or "Add to My Yahoo!" button.
2. Follow the instructions for adding the feed to your My Yahoo! page.
