During the spring and summer, Experience Mission sends short term missions teams to our partner communities located both throughout the United States and internationally. Our Cross-culutural internship gives young adults the chance to take the lead in coordinating critical aspects of these trips. Join a team of 3-4 others and travel to our partner communities. While there, you'll be responsible for details regarding work projects, food, housing, transportation, and more. Your job is to serve as a liaison between the community and teams, building relationships with both and encouraging healthy partnerships. You'll get to participate in ministry and be a part of encouraging hope and sustainable change in the community. We also hope to cultivate and equip you with new leadership skills as you coordinate logistics, serve in the community, and experience God in unique ways.
