Choosing from 100+ programs seems overwhelming, how did you decide which one to work on?

I chose this program in particular because it highlighted something specific that I am interested in: trauma recovery for survivors of sexual violence. I also knew that I wanted to go to a country where I could practice my Spanish, because I knew that would be a skill I could use when I returned to the US. I would look for something that sparks a passion inside you and that would provide skills that you could apply to whatever profession or field interests you.

With so much choice it can be hard. For me when I chose my programme I knew I wanted to go to South America as I had not been to that part of the world before. After lots of research into the courses and the place I found Peru was the place for me. Reading reviews of other people's experiences also helped me to decide.
