Yes, I recommend this program

Great international community, great school, great location

I loved my study abroad at DTU. I was able to get 3 courses of Engineering credits (pass/fail status) out of the way. All of my courses were in English, and in general Danish people speak English very, very well so it's easy to get around. There was a great group of international students at the school and I had fun meeting people from all over Europe and the world. DTU did a great job of accommodating international students. We were placed in small groups with a local "buddy", and there were plenty of activities and parties for international students. I stayed with a family about 6 miles from the school - they were great! They loaned me a bike for the semester and I rode to school most days - other days I took the train/bus which is very easy to use. I only stayed at DTU for one semester, but a lot of the international students stayed for an entire year.

Overall, amazing experience and I would highly recommend it, especially for engineering students who want to get some credit for their study abroad.
