About Program
Study abroad next semester or academic year with ISEP in Tartu, Estonia. The University of Tartu is located in Tartu, the second largest city in Estonia. It can be called a City of Youth due to it's massive student population, making up about 1/5th of the total Tartu population.
The dominant language at the university is Estonian, but a growing number of courses are available in English. Students can choose between a number of program options, including direct enrollment, Russian Studies, Baltic Studies, the Prometheus and Law Program, and the three Universities Program-After the Empire: the Collapse of Communism and Beyond.
