NRCSA Spanish Language, Intern, Volunteer, Teach in Utila, Honduras

Description: 

The NRCSA invites you to come expand your Spanish language skills in the beautiful Central American country of Honduras. The NRCSA Center is located at the CAS Language School in Utila. Multiple program options exists for interested students. The Standard and Tutor Programs are similar in their emphasis on the Spanish language. However, the Tutor Program involves one-on-one time for the duration of 20 hours per week, whereas the Standard Program is taught in groups of up to 4 students, also for 20 hours each week.

The NRCSA also offers both open water and advanced open water diving classes, in which students will receive a PADI Certificate upon completion. Other options also include a teaching option where teachers can practice teaching at a school or college close by if they have at least a basic understanding of Spanish. Medical personnel can utilize an opportunity to volunteer at a public hospital as well. Lastly, volunteer and internship programs are available in the fields of social services, ecology, business and more.
