6-months in Israel!
The Culinary Institute of Israel is a collaboration between Study in Israel LLC, ORT Dan Gourmet, CLB and the large hotels in Tel Aviv. This is a personal career development program which combines culinary career studies at one of Israel's exclusive gourmet cooking schools, backed by a leading vocational college, with a practical internship at large hotels.
Here's a unique opportunity for you to study the culinary arts focusing on Israeli, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean kosher cuisines and practice your craft and skills as an intern at the large hotels in Tel Aviv. The program consists of weekly theoretical and practical culinary classes, 140-176 internship hours each month at hotels, station rotation (including events) and more.
