About Program
Be part of the IGS Journalism interns who have written and published articles on distinguished newspaper publication around the world. The program offer a wide scope of journalistic interest as past students have covered sports London, film reviews in Sydney and interviewed member of New Zealand legislative body. Students also have covered climate reform discussions in Washington D.C. They also got the exciting chance to write features on colourful cultural celebration of Mexico.

Program Highlights
- Working at a community newspaper is one of the great learning experiences an intern can have
- Publish up to ten articles over a six-week period.
- Build a portfolio and boost your resume. In addition to storytelling, there may be a marketing component.
- Work with staff to promote the paper using a wide range of media platforms
- Met with local businesses and negotiated rights to display the paper on the premises.
