Hello, my name is Will and I have the best job in the world working for INTRO Travel. I get to show great people around amazing countries in South East Asia!

What is your favorite travel memory?

Taking beer yoga classes with over 50 people every couple weeks on the 2nd largest boat in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam. Topped off with an incredible backdrop of the sun setting on the limestone mountains over Ha Long Bay - which is one of the new 7 wonders of the natural world! It really makes me realise how lucky I am to be a guide in Vietnam in one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I have had the pleasure of meeting amazing people from all over the globe. This has massively increased my confidence with being able to find common ground and make friends with people from all walks of life. This is solidified by the very strong bonds I have with our local operators in the countries that I have worked in. Even with language difficulties I have managed to make strong bonds with these amazing people that have such a positive outlook on life. Makes you realise what's really important in life.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

The fact that INTRO go above and beyond to take care of ever single customer that comes on any of our trips - even before the trip is booked, on the ground to after they have travelled with us. They can clearly see the amount of time and effort that has been put into making these trips unforgettable and the best experiences of everyone on the trips life.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

Epic Asia 38 day trip.
If you have the time to do this trip it is truly the best way to see Asia. It packs in an incomparable amount of bucket list ticketing activities that you will remember for the rest of your life. All of this without any hassle as its all organised for you and you can rest assure that you are going to the best places, being kept safe as soon as you step off the plane and going to meet a group of friends for life.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

Fundamentally, the key ethos of INTRO is make sure the customer has the best experience possible and we do everything we can to make sure this happens for every single customers that comes on any of our trips. The proudest moment I have had with my team is when the Vietnam Intro 12 day tour won TourRadars WorldWide Tour of the Year 2018. Receiving well over 1000 5* reviews from our past customers! Unbelievable achievement.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Taking the care to get to know ever single customer, finding out exactly what they want from their time on one of our trips and always delivering and exceeding these expectations. The team spirit that we have as a team at INTRO to be the best travel company in the world means we always find a way to be the best at what we do - all our customers can see this.
