This internship takes place in Delhi, India, the second most populous city on the planet. Help the NGO's in India working to implement social reforms and improve public health outcomes through trainings and campaigns about HIV/AIDS in the community. You will learn about key challenges in public health such as poor sanitation and waste management, unsafe drinking water, and low immunization rates.
You'll be living in a residential area apartment among local families for 2 weeks. Visit Delhi’s numerous museums, restaurants, and shops in your free time. You'll also have time for day trips on the weekends.
- Students of all levels have an interest in public health in developing countries. Non-students are also eligible.
