Classroom Teacher Job Description:
-Carry out curriculum in small groups based on learning application content.
-Design entertaining public classes (up to 40 students).
-Take part in student activities and networking events.
-Teach one-on-one classes to VIP students (adults and children).
-Conduct demo classes for the sales team.
-Teach 100 hours per month.

Director of Studies Job Description:
-Monitor classroom teaching quality through direct observation and student surveys.
-Organize student activities and manage staff to carry them out.
-Function as a liaison between sales and teaching teams.
-Prepare class schedules and teaching hours reports.
-Recruit and train both Chinese and foreign teachers.
-Oversee the administration of the learning programs.
-Teach a minimum of 40 hours per month.
