Job Description

• Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active and intense learning.
• Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures.
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
• Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction.
• Be an active listener
• Endorse the mission and vision of the program
• Set academic goals for students to achieve before the final test
• Undergo planned and ad hoc professional development
• Communicate proactively and professionally with students and program coordinator about grading, progress, and other issues
• Support the school's culture and practices through extracurricular and co-curricular activities provide direction where applicable and empower students to become leaders and entrepreneurs.
• Collaborate with students and program coordinator to achieve best outcomes
• Conduct all work activities in a professional manner
• Participate in school and program meetings.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in English or other related field is a requirement
  • Native speaker (American)
