HIGHLIGHTS
*Guaranteed position to teach English in a language institute or English for Business
*6-12-month commitment (9+ months preferred, speak with API about exceptions)
*Dates: Most teachers start in January, July or August (speak to your program manager for flexible dates)
*20 hours/week minimum teaching, plus additional time on related tasks (lesson planning, grading, etc.)
*Local salary paid to teacher (appx) 7,000-9,000 MXN/month (depends on teaching load and prior teaching experience)
*Placements located in or near the city of León

DEADLINES
*Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. We recommend you apply at least 12 weeks before your program start to have sufficient time to get your placement, obtain your visa, and make your plans.
