MY Chinese Study: General Chinese 15 group class

I found looking for Chinese courses a hassle until i stumbled upon MY Chinese Study. I had an amazing experience at the institute. Not only were the teachers very professional; knew how to make the lesson engaging and fun but I was awed by their hospitality, the warm welcome and the general help that everyone gave me at MY Chinese Study.

Before arriving to Beijing I communicated with them and they were willing to pick me up from the airport, as they did and tried to make everything as easy and comfortable for me. They gave me more information about Chinese culture and how to truly enjoy life in Beijing as a local. Not just through studying Mandarin but also through the various cultural events that were organised. I became more of a pro at Mahjong, cooking Chinese cold dishes and even tried out some calligraphy. This whole experience helped me make so many new friends in Beijing and truly expand my horizons.

MY chinese study is located in the most popular area in Beijing, Sanlitun Soho, and this made it so easy to interact with the locals and practice everything i learned in class outside.

The classes were adequate for me as a Mandarin intermediate student, I had already taken a placement test and the teachers knew my needs and weak points. Everyday I would learn something new and yet still practice what I already knew as to not forget this foreign language. The whole experience made me leave the class with a smile on my face. I am so very grateful to everyone at the institute and I have recommended this course to my friends who have been interested in studying Mandarin and visiting Beijing and I tirelessly will still recommend it as it is definitely worthwhile. I am sure that next time that I visit Beijing i will contact MY Chinese Study as I don't just consider the people there as just teachers but I consider them to be amazing friends too.
