Each year, this program aligns with the Authors’ Reading Month, the largest literary festival in Central Europe. Students will learn about the history, culture and literature of the honored country, this year is Hungary. In the evening’s students attend readings by a different Hungarian Author every night, after which they enjoy private discussions with the authors. During the day the students will learn about Hungarian history, literature and culture from different professors. Trips to Kosice, Slovakia, where there is a large Hungarian minority, and Budapest, Hungary will give practical exposure to the classes and readings.
