About

In the judicial capital of the Czech Republic, students will attend classes on a range of subjects including European Union Law, Human Rights and Constitutional Law, as well as visit places such as the Ombudsman’s office, the Constitutional Court in Brno. To expand on this experience, students travel to Budapest, Prague and Vienna for site visits including, but not limited to, the Open Society Institute in Budapest, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Prague and the United Nations office in Vienna.

Understand what the human rights are and how they are structured
Key actors and instruments in the field of protection of human rights
Limits and conflicts of some of the basic freedoms (e.g. of expression)
What is the access to the legal help in the Czech Republic and in CEE region
