About Program

H&M Germany and the DO School challenge you to devise new formats for employees in the fashion sector to make a positive impact and be able to measure it. While learning the DO School Method by working on this concrete business challenge, you will in parallel develop your own social venture and get it ready for implementation.

The Fellowship Program invites you and 19 other young entrepreneurs to spend 10 weeks on campus in Berlin (15 May - 24 July 2016). After that, you’ll move on to implement your own venture over the course of the next 10 months in your home country, while receiving continued online support via the DO School online platform.
