- Day 2 Tofu-making Experience Students will visit the factory of one of Japan’s popular tofu makers and will get to see how tofu is made. There will also be a hands-on experience in which students will be able to try making it.
- Day 5 IzakayaCulinary Japanese Class World Cultural Heritage Site Japanese Cuisine Lunch We will have lunch at the Japanese-style restaurant Adusa, which is registered as a World Cultural Heritage Site.
