Our 2-Week Shaolin Kung Fu Training program is our most intense experience. It pushes participants mentally, physically and emotionally, and requires people to really dig down and find what they are capable of achieving.
To begin with, you will be following the same program as our 1-week participants, focusing on cardio, flexibility, strength, stamina and speed, all the while learning the traditional Shaolin Tongbiquan form. In week 2, you will continue to push yourself through more intense training sessions, including advanced jibengong (foundations) sessions and more focus on martial applications. You will also learn the Yinshougun, a traditional Shaolin stick form first mentioned in Cheng Zongyou’s Exposition of the Original Shaolin Staff Method, written in around 1610.
