Online courses are offered by iBme teachers from around the world. Courses run for 4 consecutive weeks unless otherwise specified. Chose from a variety of choices such as Rainbow Family: Mindfulness and LGBTQIA+ Identity, Celebration and Restoration of Communities of Color: Our Time Is Now, Embodied Nonviolent Communication, Embodied Sacred Activism: Mindfulness and Social Justice, Intuitive Creativity: Living Life from the Heart, and more.
In iBme's summer courses, you will learn how to use mindfulness practices to deepen your self awareness, presence, and compassion. Together as a group, classes will apply mindfulness tools to explore and make progress in subject areas you care about. Courses will also provide an opportunity to develop relationships, cultivate communication skills, and take part in small-group check-ins.
Some courses are designated for teens and young adults and others welcome all-ages.
