Sarah is an ESL teacher and aspiring travel writer from Australia who has been living abroad in Central America for 2 years. She caught the travel bug late in life and started to discover the world in her 30’s. After a particularly inspiring 6 week trip through Southeast Asia, she quit her corporate job, packed up her life and moved to Central America to teach English. When she’s not teaching she enjoys going to the beach, cooking and playing with her very lively cat Coco.
