Emily is a graduate of Northwestern University, where she studied Social Policy and Spanish. She is originally from Massachusetts, and has also lived in Washington, DC and studied in Seville, Spain before moving to Madrid to teach English. She is passionate about traveling, eating and cheering on the Boston Red Sox, and someday would like to open a bakery serving pastries inspired by her travels.
