About Program
Orphanage homes are less care in Ghana and samba has taken this opportunity to help these kids with the help of volunteers assisting the orphans with basic needs.
Volunteers work 5 to 6 hours a day to assist the local staff in a partner orphanage to care for orphans ranging from infants to adolescents. Volunteers partake in different daily activities including encouraging good hygiene habits, help children do their homework, play games with the children and many more roles and responsibilities. Volunteers also spend part of their time assisting in teaching the children subjects including English, Mathematics, basic Science and Computer Studies, French and other games or educational activities that can be introduced by the volunteer to create a wonderful learning environment for the orphans.
