Price Details

Our low $75 coordination fee includes all the communication and support you want throughout your experience. We also help you with private, secure airport pickups, accommodation to fit your needs, Spanish classes, orientations of your new surroundings, travel tips and discounts, invites to special events, and the benefits are always adding on! Buena Onda is a network of local community service organizations. We connect volunteers with projects that align with interests, skills, and interests, and also with organizational needs. We don't want you to spend all your money being a volunteer, we want you to have your money to enjoy and explore Guatemala.

Buena Onda is a nonprofit volunteer resource and support center where we work one-on-one with you to find the perfect match of your skills, interests, and needs to small, community-driven organizations that are looking for you.

We are located in beautiful Antigua, and our partners are involved in an incredibly diverse range of activities in Antigua, Lake Atitlan, and Guatemala City - arts and education, nutrition, and community development to environment, animals, girl's and women's empowerment, and social justice. We are always meeting new, interesting, honest projects and can help you with any specific project requests you have. Our goal is to connect you with projects that exceed all of your goals of being in Guatemala while also giving your valuable help and knowledge to a wonderful community!

We also coordinate everything you need for a comfortable landing in Guatemala. Airport pickups, accommodation, orientations, special events...we are here for you every step of the way!
