About Program
This is a wonderful opportunity to get hands on experience with wildlife and environmental conservation deep in the jungle of Malaysia. Work with aboriginal tribes to help protect the natural environment of tigers, leopards and sun bears. You will also work on anti-poaching efforts, disarm animal traps and monitoring wildlife activity.
Spend a week in the Malaysian rainforest tracking animals and participating in anti-poaching efforts. Between the Taman Negara National Park and the Main Range in West Malaysia lies a corridor of rainforest that is vital to the survival of Malaysia's large tiger population. The main goal of this conservation project is to work on tracking tigers, leopards and other animals movements as well as maintaining the jungle environment for the wildlife.
This is not an animal spotting trip, but rather a great opportunity to help with valuable conservation efforts.
