About Program
As a small, volunteer-led charity the Programme Coordinator at LAFF is key to supporting the Programme Manager, managing the team and delivering external operations. This diverse role offers the opportunity to work in all facets of NGO management.
Your organisational skills will not only apply to your own work, but also to that of the team; staying up to date with different areas and sourcing resources where necessary. Your administrative skills will allow you to write reports and budget, and you will take this into account when advising decision making, alongside other factors such as time, space and budgetary limitations.
You will have a high level of involvement in partner relationships, carrying out partner needs assessments and programme planning accordingly to make sure that LAFF delivers and has a positive impact on its target audience.
