Great experience from North to South Vietnam

Vietnam is large and beautiful country, to see all the country we think we need more than 30 days. But from this trip with a half time we still can see the highlight places from North to South. Hanoi is capital of Vietnam, we enjoyed food there and walking streets on weekend, Cafe Trung or Egg Coffee is one of the best coffee in Vietnam, should not miss it when you are in Hanoi. From Hanoi we moved to Halong and stayed there one night on boat, our cruise to Bai Tu Long where is less tourist and more pristine than Classic Halong Bay, kayaking was great, nice sea food. Hoian is my favorite city in Vietnam, nice - quite and ancient town, food was great too. Also you can join cooking class at Tra Quy Village and learn how to plant vegetables, our hotel was not far from the Beach so you still have time to enjoy swimming, great combination of this city. Our last stop in HCM city, crowed city but move further to Mekong Delta - It was great to meet local and see local life there. We had great time in Vietnam and would love to come back soon.
