About Program
Karstaway is a social enterprise that connects talented interns with exciting opportunities to work towards sustainable development in China. Our programs are unique in that they combine meaningful internships with Mandarin Chinese lessons and adventure activities in some of China's most beautiful and undiscovered locations.
Internship programs begin in the spectacular town of Yangshuo, where you will spend 1 month learning mandarin Chinese and attending workshops to prepare you for your internship. You will also have the opportunitiy to take part in some great adventure and cultures, from rock-climbing and kayaking to cooking traditional local dishes.
