We offer paid internships via Tekniksprånget. Tekniksprånget (Technology Leap) is a long-term national initiative aimed at encouraging young people to choose engineering as a profession. Tekniksprånget is run by Kungl. Ingenjörsvetenskapsakademien (IVA) on behalf of the Swedish National Agency for Education. Tekniksprånget is aimed at young people who have recently completed the upper secondary school and are eligible to apply for an engineering degree. Over a four month period, they have the opportunity to find out what life is like as an engineer at Saab.
