What is your favorite travel memory?

My favorite trip was in Beijing in 2016. I went to the Palace Museum, the royal palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties in China ~ the beauty left by the historical years to me.

The most beautiful date in the Palace Museum is the Lantern Festival. All kinds of lanterns are everywhere in Beijing. In Nanluoguxiang, you can enjoy delicious Beijing snacks. I spent three days in the national museum of China, getting along with cultural relics, and I learned a lot.

I can't forget the memory of my trip in Beijing. It's so perfect (^_−)☆

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

Since joining the company, I have come into contact with many aupairs from different countries. While I try to bring them to enjoy Chinese culture, they also teach me a lot about their culture, like what the same word looks like in different cultures. I benefited a lot from this cultural exchange. I began to hope for a chance to travel to their countries.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

We have a student who loves China so much after he joined the program, and he lives in perfect harmony with his host family. He had volunteered with his host mother to visit children in orphanages. Before he left, he used his pocket money to buy the family dinner. Living like a family with the host family, what an unforgettable experience.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I will choose the aupair program in America. This is our company's only project for Chinese girls to go abroad; maybe there will be France after some time...

I met many aupairs from many countries when I was working. I benefited a lot from this cultural exchange. I began to hope for a chance to travel to their countries.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

Cultural exchange makes our company unique. We offer aupairs Chinese language classes through six lessons a week, and culture classes every month to make them enjoy Chinese culture better. They can also make more friends in Chinese class.

Whenever I see them happy at cultural activities, I am proud of my company.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Positive attitude, creativity mindset and team spirit. And cultural self-confidence!

I think, as a company, positive attitude, creativity mind set and team spirit are necessary. But as a cultural exchange program, our cultural confidence is also very important. We believe that Chinese civilization is attractive enough. As a cultural exchange program, our own cultural confidence is also very important. We believe that Chinese civilization is attractive enough. Hope that aupairs can feel and enjoy the differences between Chinese culture and Western culture in the program.
