What is your favorite travel memory?

Some years ago, me and some friends went to visit another friend, who was working in Slovenia. We decided to go to Ljubljana and spend the day in the capital. We were going by train, when it started snowing, even blocking the railway. Finally, we arrived more than two hours later than expected, and didn’t know if we would be able to go back home at night. Despite that worry, we had fun on the train, and great time in the city, visiting the Castle and different locations. I will never forget that trip!

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I started working at Euroace as an intern who needed to take an internship placement to finish my Degree.

At the beginning, my tasks were only related to research, and nowadays I'm working on arranging our Spanish school lesson schedule, managing host families, and organizing student internship placements.

That evolution shows me that the company trusts in me, so I feel more self-confident than some months ago.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

I've been working at Euroace since last February, so I can't say anything about students that have returned to the school, but I have seen some remarkable stories.

From students that signed a contract after finishing their internships, and stayed working with them, to students that came to Valencia and didn't go back home due to they found love here...

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

As part of the internship programs, we organize meetings with the supervisors and the student on the first day of the program.

This allows us to meet new and really nice people and companies.

Most of these companies have thoughts and projects, that results very interesting, and can give us new ideas for the future. So I think an internship program would be very interesting!

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

We are a wonderful human group. We have a great workforce, and we all are more like a family than teamwork.

We try to solve everyday issues helping each other, to reach the best solution for the student.

Always taking care of our students with joy and a great atmosphere between students and Euroace. I'm proud of being part of Euroace Team.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Organization is basic for the proper working of a company.

To have all the information clear is basic for working in the perfect conditions and avoiding mistakes.

But I think it's much more important to have a great atmosphere at the office.

It's key to have all the team happy and trust in your colleagues to get successful results.
