ELFI Learn French in Switzerland

Our intensive classes at ELFI are aimed to help non-French speaking people become comfortable reading, speaking, understanding, and writing the language. Through use of newspaper articles, movies, and literary texts we help you learn French with a practical approach that will also help you understand French and Swiss culture.

We offer small and medium sized group classes with 1-5 lessons a week. Our main academic term starts in August, but we do open classes throughout the year. In addition to courses we also organize cultural trips throughout the city and real life situation training to make you more comfortable speaking French outside the classroom.
