The Centre for Social Innovations – CSI is headquartered in Kumasi with an objective to address developmental and social challenges making use of innovation and design thinking. CSI’s unigue proposition is making use of local resources to address developmental challenges. This empowers individuals and communities to problem solve their own challenges. Unlike the traditional approaches to development that depends heavily on the deployment of external resources to rural communities to address challenges, all our programs work closely with communities by empowering students, local leaders, public servants, teachers and other community leaders to co-create products, services and initiatives that could be developed into sustainable social enterprises.
