At Teach For Bangladesh, we believe that all children are born powerful and that anything is possible. Their opportunity to learn should not be limited by the socioeconomic condition of their parents. We need visionary leaders and meaningful change to build a country where all children have access to an excellent education.

Teach For Bangladesh’s Fellowship is an internationally-recognized leadership development program that recruits exceptional graduates and young professionals to fight for educational equity, starting with a two-year full-time teaching commitment. Fellows work as teachers, expanding opportunities for students in underserved schools and communities in Dhaka and Chattogram while preparing to lead the fight for education equity as alumni in high-impact careers in the public, private, and development sectors of our country.
