Can you do a short term teaching program as a single parent?

Hi Traci, thank you so much for reaching out to us. Could you possibly give us more information? Which one of our teach abroad programs would you be referring to?
It also depends if you have a TESOL/TEFL certificate already because if you don't, you would need to do our in-country TESOL course. In our in-country TESOL course and orientation, you will not be permitted to have your child with you during the classes and orientation.
Provided you pass all the requirements for our programs, we cannot make your application unsuccessful just because you are a single parent. We just advise that you think of all the implications.
