Is fluency in Spanish required?

I have just finished my advanced higher Spanish and I would like to gain some work experience before going off to study Spanish and French at university. I was wondering if this would be something that is suitable for me to do.

You’ll get to practise in Valencia but for teaching you don’t need Spanish.
No Spanish required at all!
