I was impressed by the additional support offered by RTT. When the time came to renegotiate my contract, I contacted the RTT guys and asked for some help. I got taken to coffee and a chat. Mitch Gordon wanted to know what I was looking for. From that point he guided me and help me get exactly what I wanted. With his help we weighed up the possible options.
