TEFL Level 5 Diploma - (Ref: Rachel Walsh)

I enjoyed doing the level 5 Diploma as I have always had a natural interest in the English language. My expectations were high from the outset and I was not disappointed. The breadth and depth of the course is impressive and I found the material overall to be very engaging. I learned quite a bit and have a newfound respect for the work that teachers do, particularly before they turn up to class! I have found my tutor Rachel at TEFL Ireland to be very responsive and she answers questions accurately and quickly. Leo was also very helpful with IT issues I encountered, which he quickly resolved.
