About Program
Gain professional work experience in one of South America’s most beautiful and varied countries!
HEALTH: Internships in medicine, dentistry, physical therapy, nursing, nutrition and public health. These placements are open to pre-medical/dental/nursing and public health students and more advanced students and residents.
HUMAN RIGHTS: Work with the low income/incarcerated female populations of Ayacucho. These programs offer the opportunity to work side by side with women’s empowerment, assisting various organizations with providing education and professional training, and much more.
CONSERVATION: Check out our wildlife reserve program off of the southern coast! With over 4 km of protected maritime land, the project offers interns the opportunity to work side by side with professional staff to protect the diverse marine wildlife, including whales, seals, otters, dolphins, gulls, egrets and more.
