What is your favorite travel memory?
I loved my travels to Singapore and Malaysia few years ago. I meet some very interesting people and the food was also very nice.
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
We take care of each participant personally and make sure they have a very good time with us. Given personal attention is very important.
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
We started with 10 volunteers in 2007 and now we get over 125 volunteers every year in our Nepal programs. So this keeps me very busy and I love meeting volunteers from around the world.
What unique qualities does your company possess?
I think Volunteering Solutions offers the bet and one of the most affordable volunteer programs in Nepal.
Describe a time when you felt especially proud to be part of your current team.
The help and support from Volunteering Solutions during the 2015 earthquake in Nepal was very good.
The CEO of Volunteering Solutions came over to visit us and provide support to orphanages, hospitals and made sure help reaches those in need.
What is the best story you've heard from a return student?
Haha.. well the best one has to be from our past participant who ended up marrying a Nepali girl. They come back every year and make sure they come and visit me.
