If you're a recent college graduate, is the cost still free?

Hi Aashna. The main costs you are looking at, if you pursue TaLK, are airfare and accommodation both of which are taken care of by the program. You have to initially pay out of pocket for your airfare - to and from Korea - but are fully reimbursed for it. As for accommodation (i.e. rent), the program takes care of that for you directly. The program essentially pays for all of your expenses with the exception of your food, leisure, and domestic travel expenses. You have to pay for these out of your salary.

I was in the program 3 years ago so things may have changed. But this is how I recall it.
