What has the response been to P.O.C. teaching through this program?

Can't speak for everyone but for POC the experience of the stares etc can be very trying. Some people experience the worst racism they've ever faced and others experience racism that is nothing compared to what they grew up with. There's a scale of a thousand of the most amazing days and treatment you've ever experienced all the way down to the worst most isolating nightmarish experiences. You won't know til you go.
