About Program
The course is a journey through the traditions and flavors of Sicily. You will use ancient methods to prepare delicious Sicilian Dishes. We'll also discuss and explain the origin and tradition of each dish that we will make together. You will cook with a Typical Sicilian lady, who will share the secrets of the typical Sicilian cuisine. We will teach you how to prepare fantastic Arancini, typical Sicilian fresh pasta, cannoli, caponata, pasta with sardines, tiramisù, granita and many others!
