About Program

This course will take you on a journey through the traditions and flavors of Sicily.

You'll learn how to utilize ancient methods and tools to make bread and pasta, meet an award-winning chef who will make you taste an excellent pizza, take part in an excursion on the Etna Volcano and taste the various wines produced in the area accompanied by typical local dishes.

This course will also provide you a tour around the oldest part of Syracuse, the island of Ortigia. It will be an opportunity to discover Syracuse and Sicily through their flavors.
