About Program

Would you like to work as an English teacher for adults? Complete this course and get the internationally recognized CELTA certificate for English trainers and increase your chances on the job market. BFI Wien is Austria's only CELTA provider authorized by the University of Cambridge.

Our CELTA tutors are extremely experienced in the field of English Language Teaching. Each tutor started out his/her teaching career with a CELTA and additionally has a DELTA or other diploma in English Language Teaching. You will have two to three different tutors and each adds something unique to the instruction and feedback.

We offer three courses a year: a 4-month part-time course in spring, a 1-month full-time course in summer and a 2-month half-time course in fall.
