Been there twice already

After spening amazing 3 months with African Dream July-October 2017, it took me only 6 months to come back! In April 2018, I‘ve spent another 3 weeks with them. I fell in love with the wildlife, the horses and the people! I found friends in Africa, to whom I am still in contact today. And I hope these friendships will hold for many more years!
I have been able to improve my riding skills during my stay and to be so much more brave! There‘s horses for beginners and people with experience. But whereever you‘re from and how good your skills are, there‘s always something to learn. On the amazing gamedrives through Jejane you can learn all about the wildlife and meet the big five (if you‘re lucky. Jejane is big and you have to keep you‘re eyes open all times!).
And on weekends you also have time to chill and to party a bit at Sleepers, after a nice dinner! And don‘t forget to enjoy you‘re Braai at bushcamp!

It's like Coming home

Had a great experience at the Thomson family. I came alone and was welcomed with great hospitality and you feel at home right away.
The program is fitted for experience in horses as well as wildlife. Had great game drives and learned about wildlife and envirement. Saw a bunch of different animals like zebra, giraffes also rhino and lions and elephants. Caterpillars, spiders and snakes aren't forgotten.

The horses are well taken care of and while riding I learned a lot about myself. I rode bareback and even did a damswim. If you need more help or are not the most experienced rider they will happily teach you.

You have time to do trips and excursions and at the weekends eat out or have a braai at camp.
A beautiful place to meet new people and live the African dream!
I would recommend this to anyone! I will be back soon <3
