Ready to make waves in your career? Take the plunge and join Just Africa Scuba's Career Development Program – where becoming a PADI Scuba Instructor is just the beginning of your underwater adventures!
Develop your Scuba Diving career with hands-on experience in retail, diver training, charters, servicing, travel & managing a dive resort. Become a well-rounded PADI instructor by expanding your skill set and competencies. You can join at any time of the year. We offer a Full-time Program, an Accelerated Program, and Part-time Program.
Our Career Development Program includes all the scuba dive courses, first aid and rescue skills, gear maintenance, retail and customer service, how to manage a dive centre and marketing & sales. All of this is integrated with our special Life Skills Courses, promoting personal development and practical skills.

Program Highlights
- Our PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre is located in Gordon's Bay, a lovely coastal town 40km from Cape Town CBD, where you will get to explore the beautiful marine life of False Bay.
- Get certified from zero to Divemaster in 3 to 4 months, and zero to Instructor in 6 to 12 months.
- We focus on training confident and conservation-conscious divers through our persuasive love and respect for the ocean.
- During the year you will complete up to 100 dives while earning an internationally recognized PADI Instructor Qualification that you can use to work anywhere in the world.
- Explore the beautiful Cape Winelands and beyond, with dive tours to extraordinary locations like the Red Sea, Madagascar and local tours as optional extras.
