About Program

Ready to be inspired and experience what social impact is about? Travel across the globe to South Africa and partake in a social impact internship with an NGO or Social Enterprise. Emzingo's NexGen Consulting Corps is an award-winning program that recruits purpose-driven graduate students from top universities in the US, Europe, and Canada for an 7-week leadership and social impact training in South Africa.

Participants attend an intense Human-Centered Consulting and leadership development training during the first week of the program, followed by 6 weeks working in an Impact Consulting project with a local NGO or social entrepreneur solving key strategic issues. Additionally, participants attend local workshops that expose them to different professions in the social impact space and the social, cultural, and economic history of South Africa.
