Price Details
Volunteering is absolutely free, we don’t charge for volunteering. However, the fee that you pay goes towards covering your living expenses while in Tanzania. The fee covers for accommodation, food, airport pickup, staff allowance, and project donation. We are the most affordable volunteer organization in Tanzania. Our policy is to see that the majority of your volunteer fee goes directly towards your stay and project.

About Program

Our medical Student Internship program is ideal for western medical students wishing to do their Internship in Tanzania. Whether It an Internship or Elective, we can still accommodate you in our program. We even accept pre medical students to our medical program. We have variety of fields and medical specialties that we accept. These are range from not only students studying medicine but also other healthcare disciplines like nursing, midwifery and the like.

What is expected of Medical Internship in Tanzania Program

Preparing patients for examinations.
Asking and logging patient vital signs and medical histories.
Explaining procedures, and setting up equipment for the doctor’s arrival.
Interns are also often responsible for cleaning and preparing examination rooms after a patient’s departure.
interns are required to collect and handle samples for pathological testing as well as assisting with injectable medications or patients.
